You are purchasing original paper/ephemera from Detroit, Michigan. Very cool piece of early aviation.TITLE:
Universal Aviation Company. Form B. General inspection report.
SUBJECT:
A teenage boy from Highland Park, Michigan, named Carleton W. Brown was an employee at the company. He was still in high school when the U.S. joined World War I, so he couldn't join the service. So he decided to help build and repair early airplanes. This is a form he filled out while inspecting a plane. On the reverse side, he makes a list of items he needs.

CONDITION:
The edges are worn and there is soiling from age. It has fold marks. There are the remnants of the paper tabs from where it was affixed to a scrapbook.
